Galette Tandoori

Galettes with Tandoori Beef

Ingredients

  • 4 patties
  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp tandoori spices
  • 1 small courgette
  • 20 cl single cream
  • 1 tbsp oil

Preparation

  1. Peel and chop the onion.
  2. Cut the courgette into small pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  4. Brown the chopped onion in the hot oil.
  5. Add the courgette pieces to the browned onions and fry for 5 minutes, stirring
    regularly.
  6. Add the minced beef and our Espig Tandoori spice blend and mix well.
  7. Cook over a low heat for 10 minutes.
  8. Add the cream and reduce.
  9. Spoon the mixture onto the patties and fold to seal tightly.
