Galettes with Tandoori Beef

Ingredients
- 4 patties
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp tandoori spices
- 1 small courgette
- 20 cl single cream
- 1 tbsp oil
Preparation
- Peel and chop the onion.
- Cut the courgette into small pieces.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Brown the chopped onion in the hot oil.
- Add the courgette pieces to the browned onions and fry for 5 minutes, stirring
regularly. - Add the minced beef and our Espig Tandoori spice blend and mix well.
- Cook over a low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the cream and reduce.
- Spoon the mixture onto the patties and fold to seal tightly.
